RESPONSIBLE PRACTICE

Clear before commitment.

Who is responsible, what the service is, and when a legal relationship actually begins.

Private launch preview. The responsible-practice identity, legal status, and monitored public contact are deliberately not published until verified. Public access remains a launch gate.

About the practice

App Counsel Studio is the working trade name for this private preview. Its exact legal status, responsible attorney, and public contact will appear here before the website becomes publicly accessible.

What the Focused Review is

The $275 Focused Review is a limited legal service under Tennessee law for one app, one current final-form Privacy Policy, and one current final-form Terms document. The deliverable is one written issue-spotting review. It is not drafting, redlining, revision work, implementation, a compliance certification, or continuing monitoring.

When representation begins

An application, automated receipt, preliminary conflict check, upload, or unauthorized payment does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship begins only after conflicts, fit, and jurisdiction are cleared; both parties sign the written engagement agreement; and App Counsel Studio confirms in writing that the engagement is active.

Jurisdiction

Applications may be submitted from any location. The substantive review is limited to Tennessee law. Acceptance still depends on whether the service may lawfully be provided in every relevant jurisdiction. This website does not claim that App Counsel Studio is admitted or authorized everywhere it can be viewed.

No deadline monitoring

App Counsel Studio does not monitor claims, filing periods, platform deadlines, regulatory deadlines, or any other deadline during application review. The Focused Review does not accept disputes, demands, threatened claims, regulator matters, or deadline-driven work.
