Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
General information
Public website content is general information and is not legal advice. The Focused Review advertised here is a limited legal service available only through a separate written engagement agreement.
Applications
An application is a request to be considered—not an engagement or promise of service. App Counsel Studio may accept or decline based on capacity, fit, conflicts, jurisdiction, or other professional considerations and need not provide a reason. Applying, receiving an automated receipt, uploading information, or making an unauthorized payment does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Do not rely on App Counsel Studio to act, preserve a claim, or monitor a deadline unless written acceptance expressly says otherwise. You represent that information submitted is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it for the proposed client.
Jurisdiction and advertised price
Applications may be submitted from any location, but the substantive Focused Review is limited to Tennessee law and acceptance depends on whether the service may lawfully be provided in every relevant jurisdiction. The displayed $275 fee applies only to the precisely described Focused Review while that offer is displayed. The binding scope, fee treatment, timing, and conditions appear in the signed engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site operation, test or evade security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
Site content and availability
The site’s branding, design, and original content may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create derivative commercial material without permission. The site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made about public-site availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits that do not alter professional duties
To the extent permitted by law, App Counsel Studio is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general public-site information or temporary interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits duties arising under a signed engagement, duties concerning prospective-client information, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These Website Terms are governed by Tennessee law, without overriding mandatory law or professional-conduct rules. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact information appears in Disclosures.
